Booked for appointment and got there 30 minutes late as I couldn't get any transport despite trying for one hour. Tried calling the surgery twice but was number 19 and 14 respectively. Hassled in the rain and cold with a 14 weeks old baby just to get there. Encountered rude receptionist. They can't even show slight grace after messing up my baby and my registration and having her late for her vaccines and my postnatal check ups. She should be having her 3rd set now but she is only on 2nd set. I was seen postpartum at 10 weeks instead of 6 to 8 weeks despite me calling severally to follow up and reassured I will be called back only to realise I wasn't and my baby wasn't even registered. When I finally got checked I was still anemic and BP high and was started on medications. So the point is they can be late by almost 3 weeks with vaccines for child but I can't even be late with 30 minutes with justified reason and evidence. Show some grace to an infant instead of punishing her.

Awful practice. Currently 20 weeks pregnant, trying to contact them following advice of their own doctors and being told to call back in the morning, waiting for call backs that never come, and hung up on constantly. Told they are prioritising children but obviously not unborn children who’s carrying mothers are unwell. Joke and the staff are the exact stereotype of GP receptionists you’d expect, willing to hang up on a distraught patience because they can’t be bothered to help.

Sadly I had to move to Cowplain. If I had a chance I would have definitely stayed with the surgery. From the Receptionist to all staffs are all brilliant!!!. Nothing is difficult for then and have patience to hear to the patient problems and guide them to the right direction. A special thank you to Dr Fiona Moss who is brilliant and my kids always preferred to see her than anyone else. Sorry no offence to any doctors those I have seen they were all brilliant!!!. Thank you very much for you service. We as a family are ever so grateful and you will remembered in our prayers

Loved Sunnyside practice, this place is now terrible. Tried to make an appointment (for the first time since they merged) to see a doctor ANYTIME in the future - but unfortunately the patient doesn't come first - the practice doesn't release appointments more than 2 weeks ahead and you have to have the ability to dial as precisely 8am UTC. If you miss it by 1 second all the appoinments will be gone and, apparently, the laws of physics make it impossible for them to release more appoinments to those of us who occasionally need one. They will fob you off with unprecidented times BLAH BLAH" but if I want to see a doctor in 6 weeks

I have had to contact the surgery on many occasions for ongoing medical issues. The reception staff cannot do enough to help. From tracking information to organising short notice prescriptions, they always make you feel valued as a patient. We'll done!

I had an appointment with Dr Dunn today what a caring and thorough GP. Can not praise her enough. The receptionist ( old title I know sorry) was great also. You list a start due to the toilets being awful dirty and no toilet paper!

Have been with this surgery 25 years, never had a problem. Urgent care yes you can wait up to 3 hours to be seen, but at least you get the problem sorted. They have always been very helpful, from receptionists, to nurses and doctors. I have a complex medical history and when pregnant, I have always been referred quickly and efficiently.

Never get hold of a DOCTOR , not even in their APP, no disrespect to reception staff BUT YOUR NOT medical trained , constantly put in for repeat medication but very rarely issued, or no record of patients orders or requests.Pharmacy staff well only a couple that are helpful but 90PERCENT of them do NOT understand English.Seems people have become VERY lazy ! NEEDS A SEVERE SHAKE UP!!

My family and I have been with Sunnyside for 8 years. We are sadly going to move Surgery. I think they must be lacking leadership and support with no one accountable. It has taken 6 months to receive the required medication. I have had to provide a blood test and 3 samples, due to the surgery losing them. I have had to continually email and phone and chase up results. What makes it worse is I've just been told my written complaint from 2 months ago, has been lost, can I write another 1?""
