What an excellent service. I got a bridesmaid dress altered and the ladies were extremely talented and professional. I was able to collect my item within a week -so a great turnaround period! Very reasonable prices too. Would highly recommend this shop.

I required an emmergency to my daughters skirt. I searched and contacted many sites in South East London who were most iunhelpful.Quality Stitch said they would be able to do it if I arrived immediately. I drove to Wimbledon and they were most friendly and did a perfect job(according to my daughter) at a very reasonable price. Crisis averted

I took my father’s most beloved red cashmere scarf in to Quality Stitch, as it had two large holes in it and my dear old Pops was bereft. I knew it would be tricky to mend, especially due to the fabric, but they have done an excellent job, matching the colour of the thread perfectly, and you can hardly see (unless you looked closely) where the damage had been. They have made a very old man very happy. Thank you!

Outstanding work for a fraction of a price. They repaired ruptured favourite Austin Reed Duke of Wales which now looks immaculate! Highly recommended and lovely ladies, it was pleasure dealing with them from day one.

Wonderful staff with good attention to detail. I had my wedding dress (a sample dress) perfectly dry cleaned here before my wedding. Then, when I accidentally ripped the mesh fabric on the front a week before the big day, the team at Quality Stitch fixed it for me within three days AND wouldn’t charge me for it. Forever grateful, thanks for your immaculate service and kind help!

Can't recommend highly enough . They took the drama out of my crisis ! Thursday I discovered my jumpsuit outfit for my daughters wedding on the Saturday morning was way too long. They managed to fit me in last minute and did a great shortening job in less than 48 hours at a very reasonable price. Can't tell you the relief. Thank you so so.much

I went there to get my graduation dress tailored. I was told that they need one week. For context, I went there on a Friday and I politely asked if it can be delivered one day earlier on Thursday. The lady was rude and disrespectful and replied saying “THIS IS NOT ONE WEEK”. Then, I said I just need to shorten the dress a little bit nothing more. She asked if I had my heels, which unfortunately I didn’t cause I didn’t buy it yet. I told her I know exactly the length and it will be my responsibility. She got defensive and made me feel so insecure. I can’t believe why as a client I should be scared asking for a service!!! I ended up leaving the place and going somewhere else, where they were completely understanding and explained their doubts. I don’t recommend dealing with this place!
