I am very disappointed with what happened to my gold Accurist watch when I took it to Warner's for a service. When they returned it, the pins which held the safety clasp in place, had disappeared. How did that happen? It is still with them for that repair, but it is causing me great anxiety as to what might happen to it further.On the day before collection, my son told me that he had taken his waterproof watch to him some time ago and it was returned with the seal hanging out.Do Warner's not employ qualified jewellers?I shall get another jeweller to check my watch when it is returned.Meantime, this is causing a seventy-six year old a lot of anxiety about a most treasured possession.This should not be necessary.

Went for a jewellery repair. Everything about visiting this place was one of the most uncomfortable experiences of my life. From the Fort Knox style security, to the dreadful condescending woman I spoke to and the deafening silence, made this a very uncomfortable visit. I would recommend anyone avoid it. Prices also very high.Edited to say: I thoroughly concur with another review I just read with regard the snobbishness and rudeness of the lady I spoke to.

I have been to this jewellers many times since I moved to the area and I would highly recommend them to everyone. The people who work there are all lovely and are always very helpful. I was just in there yesterday sorting out a watch strap for my daughter and they were really patient as I was unsure how many links I wanted taken out of the strap but the woman kindly spent ages with me and made sure that I was completely happy before I left. Many thanks.

Always my first port of call for over two decades, but...My 'everyday' watch (bought from Warners) stopped working. Took it in, 'battery needs replacing'. But that made no difference. Took it back, 'not the battery, watch needs repair, at least £100.' As that was more than the cost of the watch, buying a replacement the sensible option. But, 'we no longer stock such watches with a traditional clock face.'Ok, so I'll seek out one elsewhere. I trust I can have a refund for the unused battery. 'No, not possible.'Only £10, but so much for customer service...

My now Husband wanted to design my engagement ring and our wedding rings. Simon and the team did an absolutely amazing job on all of our rings! They listened to what he wanted and made sure the design of my wedding ring fit perfectly and aligned with my engagement ring. I’ve had so many compliments on my engagement ring as the Tanzanite sparkles and changes colour beautifully.Seriously would recommend Simon and the team, they have all been so helpful and friendly - promptly delivering everything up to a impeccable standard.

I needed my wedding Ring reshaped sized and cleaned with the claws fixed. They have done a superb job. The quote was very accurate.

Always been a bit shy of visiting here as they look expensive. However, just had a watch strap fitted and not only was the price very reasonable, but they could not have been more helpful. My go to jeweller from now on!

Went to this place the other day and the staff were so incredibly rude. I didn't even want to leave a review but I had to say something.I wanted to get an engagement ring for a girl who is so incredibly special to me and frankly would only send my ex-wife's new boyfriend here as an omen for what he is about to be put through.Would give 0 stars but not an option so I'll settle for 1.5 star service for sarcasm though - you'd think they didn't care about good impressions.
