Usually busy, but they always make the drinks very well here. I've seen people outside a few times with samples too.

Found the chap behind the counter a little rude, rather than conversing normally he just rapidly shot out singular words. That said other staff were pleasant and coffee to the expected Starbucks standard.Slight smell of off milk in the air.

Food and drink were fine but not sure they have the hang of keeping people safe at the moment. The 2m between tables must not have been measured, barely 60cm between them at one point, and tables not being cleaned between customers.

Few coffees I’ve had haven’t been great & the staff are always miserable. The disabled door opening button doesn’t work when trying to exit & the door is too heavy to open...Today I was holding my dogs lead in one hand & a coffee in the other, I couldn’t open the door as the button didn’t work & the door is too heavy for me. The staff could clearly see I was stressed & struggling yet just stood there despite me asking for help.!Please support the local coffee shops down the street instead!

Well service is reasonably fast. It's a very busy coffee shop. However the new layout following the refurb in 2016 makes the place almost impossible to walk around, especially when carrying a hot drink. Not helped by people who sit blocking the gaps between tables whilst ignoring seats around their table which wouldn't block the place up. Poor design and makes visiting a little more stressed.

Up to Starbucks standard. Chantelle is probably the most amazing barista I've met. She's always lovely. Overall really good coffeeshop, I come here all the time, never have I been disappointed

Hobbled into the store (very painful!) and ordered Americano and something to eat. Wonderfully understanding lady asked if I was alright and to help brought it to my table to save me standing. Sounds small but was such a kind and welcome gesture.

Starbucks is Starbucks and they are all the same.No they are not!This one is really good.The coffee (filter is my choice) is great and the muffins are nice, despite the ruination of the blueberry muffins by Starbucks making them plant based and mushy.The staff are really nice and make the atmosphere one in which is nice to spend time. They pay particularly attention to customers who are elderly or frail and ensure they are OK. They are really good with children and it is a place every dog would love to visit.I am a Starbucks devotee and this one stands out from the crowd.I would recommend a visit.
