If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered on Uber eats, delivery said 20-40 minutes, and the delivery was on the way in time. I live a 6 minute drive from the restaurant, 25 minutes passed and the food did not arrive so I phoned. Lady on the phone said the delivery driver tried to ring me and my number is wrong, I told them I use Uber eats all the time and know that my number is not wrong, she then argued with me about this. Then she decided that the printer had printed ONE number from my number out wrong, I find this very hard to believe. I questioned her as to why the driver didn’t ring the intercom for my flat if he couldn’t get through to me, the reply ‘I don’t know he’s a new driver’ no apology nothing. She then said she would cancel the order for me which she has not done which then makes it difficult to get a refund for the order that I never received.They have then decided to not cancel my order as agreed twice and send it again, 48 minutes after it was originally sent. I refused the food and phoned the restaurant to be told ‘communication error’ and that I have to wait for the driver to be back from other deliveries for them to cancel - the guy was rude as well.Customer service from this place is shocking, taking peoples money and not delivery seems like the norm from the other reviews.Listen to the other 1 star reviews and do not order from this place.

I rarely leave reviews, but the service was very bad. First time I've ordered from here given the good ratings on uber eats. The restaurant decided to cancel my order because I couldn't pick up the phone 2 minutes after I placed the order. I had to call back explaining I was carrying bags up the stairs. The guy on the phone sounded annoyed by my explanation. I had to redo the order. Well, the delivery took more than one hour because the driver - somehow-got the wrong address. The chicken was incredibly salty and the noodles tasteless.

Ordered from here last night though just eat at 8pm at 9:15 pm still no sign on the food so we ring to get an estimate of the arrival as we’d had the ‘en route’ notification about 30 mins ago. We was told my the lady on the phone that the delivery man had 4 drop offs in the area and would be 10-15 mins. So we continue to wait… it’s now 9:50pm and still had nothing so we ring back again to ask where the food is, a guy this time who hung up on us after we pointed out it was nearly 10pm and had made the order at 8pm. 10:05pm the food turns up. Chips cold to the point they were inedible, chicken balls cold & chewy, prawn toast = cold. The only thing that was salvageable was the rice & the chow mien. I understand it’s busy but it you’re too busy, refuse the order and we would have used another place. We live 2.3 miles (11 min drive) from the restaurant, if that’s too far you need to adjust your radius on just eat. £40 wasted! If you’re reading this go to Little China is lower broughton, it’s the BEST for Chinese, the into reason I didn’t go there last night is because they’re not on just eat for us and I didn’t want to drive! Will be making the effort everytime I fancy a Chinese now.

The food is genuinely amazing from here , it never disappoints and always tastes of the highest quality. It is very deserving of more than 5 stars. It is my favourite Chinese takeaway in salford , absolutely love it, I recommend it to everyone! The service is really lovely too.

Ordered on uber eats last night. Never used before and won't again. I used because it said 20 to 40 mins. It was actually an hour and 40 minutes, no contact, no update, can't get through on the phone at all.Clearly they have a short delivery time showing to draw you in and after you order, it changes.Our food was cold by the time it arrived. Will also be complaining to Uber eats.No apology from the driver when he delivered the cold food 1 hour and 40 minutes later either.

Abysmal to say the least. We chose this place as we were ravenous, and they advertised a 10-20 minute delivery slot. 2+ hours later it eventually arrived.During our ordeal, we made 200+ calls to the takeaway, which were all ignored, pretty sure the phone was off the hook. There were no updates as to where our order was. Eventually we had no idea if the food was going to arrive or not, so we decided to order from somewhere else (may I add that this order arrived swimmingly).Our order then arrived without any warning. On arrival, the prawn toast tasted like it was prepared three weeks ago and microwaved. The crispy seaweed should be renamed soggy seaweed and 80% of the sticky BBQ ribs were pig knuckles.I find it unbelievable that this company are still operating, given the bang average food and shockingly bad service. Then again, if any other fools get taken in by the 'promise' of quick delivery, and are so hungry they would eat their own spleen, then these charlatans will continue to operateAs you can probably tell, we would recommend you avoid this place....I'd rather eat puking pastilles from the Weasley brothers

The service is actually quite shocking. The food is alright but has taken a downturn in recent months.I’ve ordered from here for years but recently it’s been quite poor. The quality has gone down and the prices have gone up.I’ve given them a fair amount of chances over the past couple of months but having ordered today, it will be my last.

food tasteless sprouts with long brown roots pasta which is literally old vegetables terrible I eat this dish often but not from your restaurant this is the last time in my life I have not seen such a terrible and bad dish tasteless it doesn't even look or smell like king prawn chow mein ...

Ordered from oriental Pearl for the first time tonight. Before I ordered I read some bad 1* reviews on Google but some 5* reviews on delivery apps.So thought F it, let’s try it.First I’d like to say to the kitchen… please taste your food before you sell it.The chicken and sweet corn soup was like maple syrup I’ve never had anything so sweet. The consistency and chicken chunks got me excited as sometimes when you order chicken and sweet corn soup you don’t get meat but here you do, the issue was It was so sweet it was uneatable.The chips… you need to cook them.. the salt and pepper chips where also uneatable because they where not cooked.The crispy shredded chicken was ok (I ate it) but the salt and pepper chicken was dry like it was from the day before. Thankfully I can happily say I won’t ever return
