The owner could not gave been more accomodating. Stayed there specifically so that we could cycle the disused railway along the Dee. Very convenient. Fixtures and fittings are a bit dated but clean and Covud secure.

Great B&B! John is very friendly and can give you good tips. Our room was great. Breakfast was awesome. Try the butteries with cheese ;)

Fantastic choice for travellers holiday or work, this was my first choice for approx 18 years while working offshore then various holidays visiting friends. The rooms are spacious spotless clean every amenity you could need, Good Wi-Fi free, the owner John can't do enough to help info or anything the breakfast is very good loads to choose, large car park and price to please, tip don't book via web sites he is good on price with out taking most your payment, ring him direct, can I reconvened you bet I going hotels world wide and this is still my top B&B can't rate it high enough.

Perfect! Truly exceptional!John is a lovely host who has thought of everything to make your stay wonderful….. well with the exception of peeling your grapes and an unlimited open bar.Very well cared for place with large private rooms that are exceptionally clean. Comfortable beds and good water pressure in the shower.The continental breakfast is the best I’ve ever seen, such a huge selection. Different types of meats, cheeses, 10 different types of fruits, cereal bars, cereals, different pastries, juices, tomatoes, eggs, yogurt and cookies. For those people that can’t do dairy, there are even dairy free options for milk….Soy and oat.Two washers and two dryers are available for guests to use free of charge.You honestly won’t find anything nicer!Have been travelling, so I missed the opportunity to write this review on Airbnb.

Very nice guesthouse with a private parking. Very good breakfast selection, including vegan options. Lovely host John can tell you all about interesting places to visit in Aberdeen and how to get there. Wi-Fi in all rooms. Rooms very well equipped.

Good value for money B&B in Aberdeen, next to City centre , John is a great host

Fabulous B&B; comfortable, spacious rooms with all the facilities you might want. This includes toiletries, fridge, iron, safe, tea making facilities and more. There is a great choice for breakfast, so much to choose from.The off-road parking behind the house was a bonus for us. Location is fairly central yet quiet. There are a couple of options for evening meals within a 5 minute walk. There are buses from right outside the house.John is a friendly and accommodating host, making us feel completely at home. I highly recommend The Beeches.

A little dated but clean and cozy rooms with every amenity you could ever need. The owner John is uncomplicated and quite attentive. Continental breakfast is great, but sadly no Scottish option, which would make the experience perfect.

Just a 10 minutes walk into the town centre, room clean and tidy and a nice size. Breakfast is a help yourself continental affair, but you can have as much or as little as you like. Location is quite and central with parking at the rear.
