Banksfield Nursing Home

Been ringing for over an hour!!!!... And no one!!.. and I mean no one!!.. has answered my call....where is the staff????? This needs to be addressed asap!!!! This is not on..now I am afraid if any staff is actually working?? Or even in???

Hi I would like to thank the home for looking after my wife Vicky and our family and friends when visiting during her time at the home.The staff and management team were fantastic and very caring and helpful to my wife Vicky throughout the time spent at the home.I can not thank them enough for their hard work and enthusiasm making us all feel part of their family.My wife had made new friends in the home especially ( Cath } another resident.The staff were fantastic and make the home proud of being a home.It is spotlessly clean, and the staff/management go out of their way to help with anything possible.Thankyou so much for everything you have done for Vicky and I will stay in touch with you all.Yours sincerelyJohn Wynn

Just now is not a good time as our loved died on Christmas day so we are dealing with a lot of emotions at the present time
