I couldnt recomend Gavin enough, we had terrible sandy soil that caused nothing but trouble with the walls of the hole collapsing, but he did it all with his team and only a day over what he quoted for. He kept me informed throught the process, and through the odd joke in throught the installation as well. Thanks again Gavin

Had Gavin conduct a survey for us and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to provide us a detailed report and was kind enough to phone us before and after the visit. Great communication and would highly recommend as a surveyor service.

Couldn’t recommend WRI enough, we had a Falcon 6 installed over the last few days. Gavin was fantastic, great communicator, answered all my questions and got the job done. I chose him as he came across as a keen problem solver who would choose the right solution on our somewhat awkward site. If you want no corners to be cut, for it to be done once done right and for your job to be properly thought through WRI is definitely the right choice.Couldn’t be happier with the installed system, going from a sealed cesspit to a treatment has erased the day to day worry I had about emptying costs, it will pay for itself in no time!

Bought product off them been months have nothing to show still not got anything but they took the money, won't respond to any messages or answer phone avoid at all costs

Being a complete novice and soo out of my comfort zone with this category of works I contacted These guys for advice, Gavin got back to me within hours of my email being sent via phone call with some of the most useful, honest advice and help I’ve ever received something that no longer comes with out a huge price tag these days ! Unfortunately I wasn’t aware that I live on the opposite side of the country but he was still willing to help guide me through a solution so specific to my build. Gavin Webb could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable or professional during a recent site visit to evaluate our septic tank installation.General Binding Rules were clearly outlined and optiins explained without any pressure to invest or use his services further.Should we need to upgrade to a domestic sewage treatment plant we will have no hesitation in using White Rose Installations.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company. I advise steering well clear!Regarding the reply below- the work is not complete, therefore the remaining payment is not yet due, as per the contract. Please complete the work (or confirm you won't be), issue me the copy of the complaints procedure which I have asked you for numerous times, and also provide the relevant receipts I have requested numerous times. Then I will be able to clear the account.

Gavin analysed our treatment plant problem thoroughly and courteously and explained in detail and in simple terms the solution required and how any such problems could be avoided going forwards. Very satisfied.
