The Wellness Lounge
As always I had a great massage with Paul today. The whole atmosphere of the lounge is lovely, very cosy and inviting. Every massage I’ve had with Paul has been amazing whether that’s a more relaxing Thai style massage or a sports massage working on any problem areas. He couldn’t be more friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience when visiting. I have, and will continue, to recommend The Wellness Lounge to anyone looking for the best spot for a massage in Cardiff!

The Wellness Lounge
I had an incredible experience at The Wellness Lounge. The range of massages offered was impressive, and the therapists were skilled and attentive. The full spectrum sauna, red light therapy, and pressotherapy added a whole new level of relaxation and rejuvenation to my visit. The atmosphere was serene, and the staff was friendly and professional. It's truly a haven for wellness enthusiasts. I left feeling completely refreshed and revitalized. Highly recommended!

Great facility and service from Paul! We utilised the recovery room and thoroughly enjoyed both the sauna and plunge pool. Everything you could think of needing for recovery with exceptional service- thank you! Will be returning.

If you're thinking about booking The Recovery Room at the Wellness Lounge we would highly recommend it! We have been 3 times, once a week and if we lived closer we would go more often. It's amazing, everything is thought out well and Filip the host has the perfect energy to guide you!

Absolutely love this place. Great knowledge & support in recovery. Beautiful venue with high quality equipment. Prefect for anyone wanting to try hot/cold or general recovery therapy. Feel this helps with my Weightlifting recovery, mental health & beneficial for the management of my crohns (IBD) disease.

An amazing experience at the Wellness Lounge! I had a massage with Waiyee who was incredible! She’s very knowledgeable and knows her stuff! I used the recovery room and Waiyee was super helpful with all different therapies and assisting me where needed! It was my first time in the ice bath and she was so supportive and encouraging!! I met Paul as well who was also very friendly .. Thank you! I will for sure be returning :)

The Recovery room was a one stop shop for everybody looking to enhance their recovery.It had everything you could ever need; Sauna, Cold Tub and all the other gadgets.However the customer service and the thorough explanation by Filip was second to none.

The Wellness Lounge
Had the most amazing experience at the Wellness Lounge today! Paul couldn’t have been more hospitable, knowledgeable or helpful. Left feeling very relaxed and rejuvenated. We used the recovery lounge and tried the ice plunge in between the full spectrum sauna which was so relaxing (once the shock of the ice plunge had worn off!) and then tried Pressotherapy which, again, was amazing and relaxing. Paul kept checking we were okay and was very attentive, but largely left us to enjoy the lounge which we did! Thank you ☺️
