My dad was quoted and charged £80 to fix his phone screen, he was told it would be ready the following day. He went to collect it and was told it wasn’t ready and that he needed to pay another £70 to have his phone back!! The owners were very rude and abrupt to him, and obviously thought they could take advantage of an older gentleman who might not know much about technology or how much these things would normally cost!!Absolutely disgraceful!!!! They should be ashamed of themselves!!!

Brought 2 phone cases from here less then a week ago, one of them is faulty, took back to the shop asked for a refund it’s not his policy to give refunds apparently, asked to swap the case for a charger instead again told can’t do that! £10 down the toilet avoid!

As they had been recommended by EE in the clocktowers, I was given a £5 discount on the items I bought....a fast charger for a galaxy, a screen cover and a phone case.Friendly staff. Very helpful.

They fixed my phone screen for cheap compared to other stores, and they did it fast too.

Owner accused me of lying. We went in with a working Face ID but a green line on the screen. He promised Face ID would work after line repair but as you could guess. It didn’t. Then we took it back and he refused refund and threw us out of his shop. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Took my Samsung Note 20 Ultra to have the Battery replaced, after paying for this and an additional fault the ended up costing me £100 instead of £60 these guys returned the phone without the sim tray. I made the stupid mistake of leaving a 128gb SD Card in there and they took that. The first thing they did was deny without even checking, matter of fact the person I handed the phone to wasn’t even the person issuing the firm denial, how could you be so sure of facts you couldn’t possibly be aware of? Eventually they found the tray and tried to pass it off as though they replaced it for free. My memory card was never retrieved. These things aren’t that expensive anymore but the memories on it years and years of photos etc etc all gone and all they did throughout was lie. So so rude as well. Never again.
