Had a great day there, saw lots of interesting model trains, boats, planes, tanks, all sorts of layouts and displays; the train ride was also much enjoyed by our 10 year old and adults. Super Buffet Car, well worth a visit. Lucky with lovely weather, cloudy, dry, no rain.

Went to the ghost Train with my 8 yr old daughter tonight and I have to say I'm impressed. A lot of work and thought had gone into setting up the track and train and even had people dressed up and handing out treats.Highly recommend

The railway may be small, but it more than makes up for it in charm and fun. The running Loco is a 142 multiple unit, an easy going little deisel, which is driven well along the rails by a lovely gent. The staff be they platform or railside are all lovely and were super friendly to my Trainee Train Driver" 4 year old son

Quaint little Railway Station with excellent inexpensive bar with good selection of Real Ales that people actually know, unlike many micropubs. Didn't fancy a ride on their Nodder (Class 142)

Great quirky place. Like stepping back in time. The Shed housed an Abba tribute and we attended. I was blown away at the size and layout of the building and it's facilities. A great asset to Rushden , A good night had by all.

An excellently run museum. The station bar is exceptional. Always a choice of at least 4 different real ales, all excellent, with every style catered for. The number of CAMRA awards displayed speaks for itself. The bar is lit by gas mantle lamps, which helps create a lovely glow.
