She is incredibly knowledgeable in this field and makes sure you know the whole process and the expectations too. Honestly could not rate Monica and this service higher. I have had 3 sessions so far and my extremely thickkk hair is almost gone already! I can’t believe it, this has completely changed my life. I’ve had laser hair removal before on my face many years ago and didn’t have a great experience. But since coming to Monica she has made me feel so comfortable straight away and given me amazing results only a couple of sessions in! So informative and great with after care. I’ve recommend her to friends and will certainly be taking up some other laser options.
