The knowledge and service here is absolutely fantastic. Had gait analysis with Elle, she really knew her stuff and I didn't feel under pressure to buy at all. Fantastic service. My shoes were out of stock in store so I bought on the website, didn't pay for delivery and arrived next day. Really pleased.

Corinne was incredibly helpful and efficient with the gait analysis finding me the perfect shoe.Having the treadmill there is great as well as a huge open space to test on hard ground. Very relaxed environment with plenty of choice.

Brilliant gait analysis. Have returned here numerous times over the years and have always been helped to find the best shoe for my gait.Olly was very knowledgeable and even with it being extremely busy, he took the time to help me find my new running shoes.

Brilliant service! I booked an appointment for gait analysis and the member of staff was really friendly and helpful, explaining how it worked and what he recommended. I was amazed to see and feel the difference from trying different pairs of trainers on the treadmill, and I'm really encouraged that I've found a pair that will help prevent injury. I wouldn't have had a clue what I was looking for if I'd bought something online, so I'm really glad I came into the shop and had such great advice on what I needed.

I had a gait analysis and got advice to find the right trainers for me. I'm a forefoot runner, so the midsole of trainers I wear get battered, and the heel stays almost as new! Corinne was very knowledgeable and recommended Hokas, as they would give the support I needed, I wouldn't have thought to try them otherwise. I tried a few different pairs on the treadmill in store and found my ideal pair. Great service!

Runners Need Port Solent
I try to spend money here but they make it impossible. I’ve visited several times but the staff situation makes it impossible to buy. There is never enough help and you have to go looking for it because they are certainly not proactive. I did actually manage to find someone today who forgot what she had gone for but then came back with the sting shoes anyway. She then spotted a far more interesting customer and abandoned. Once again, have given up and found online.
