This is my second purchase from Elegance. I initially bought my Nikkah dress last year and just bought another dress. Tahira Aunty helped me on both occasions and she was nothing short of fantastic. The entire experience was completely stress-free and genuine. Tahira Aunty is extremely patient and helpful, and I couldn’t recommend her enough! If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would!!! Put an order in for a custom dress after trying a different colour in store, the dress did arrive early but it had green thread used in a white gown. I wasn’t happy but Amar removed it for me there and then which was fine. When I got home and tried the dress on again, I noticed chunks of missing beadwork. I contacted Amar and was told it’s a “crafted piece” and “this is how it comes”. No refunds or returns even though the dress was missing beadwork and he admitted in store that the manufacturers they use in India aren’t good and don’t listen. I asked for them to buy it off me to resell after fixing (if wanted) and no response.Really disappointed as this dress was for my wedding in a couple of weeks and I won’t be wearing it. It’s caused last minute stress. I expected better as the other reviews are good and the initial visit to the store was really positive - Tahira was lovely. But my dress was poor quality - there was a stain on the scarf too, and the customer service after I had collected the dress was not good.

Got my bridesmaid dress from here. Great customer service the manager was extra helpful. Settled for the price was willing to go the extra mile for me. Defo recommend to everyone. Thank you guys!

Great customer service from Tahira and great prices for stunning bridal and party wear. We were also offered tailoring and 20% off jewellery at their sister store. Good change from other shops with similar clothing. Will recommend!
