Love Hounds- Dog Grooming

I took my dog here for the first time after we'd been let down by many other groomers. Michelle was so wonderful and welcoming, milo was instantly comfortable in her space and once id picked him up he was still so happy to be there! The groom itself was wonderful too, he looked and smelled absolutely perfect!

Michelle was brilliant with our pup's first groom. She even split his groom into 2 sessions just so he wasn't too overwhelmed. He came back looking beautiful and smelled amazing. Extremely professional, kind and caring service. Highly recommend.

Michelle is a very caring and kind groomer who always does her best to make my dog feel calm and happy. She listens to her customers and clearly loves the dogs she serves. I have no hesitation in recommending her.

Michelle has the best energy and is an absolutely wonderful groomer. My Newfoundland, Winnie loves going to her and she does a fantastic groom!

Lucy and I have visited Michelle at Love Hounds on several occasions. We have always been given first class treatment, with a great deal of professional knowledge. Lucy is very relaxed in the wonderul environment that is Michelle's pooch boutique and always returns very happy, not to mention looking and smelling beautiful. The pooch boutique is very clean and Michelle is always warm and welcoming, she always greets us with a smile and has time for a chat. There is no waiting in a crate and the atmosphere is very calm, which I'm sure Lucy appreciates. The cost is a fair and good price for the service, the products used and the one to one attention that is always given on our visits. We went to Love Hounds for the first time yesterday, Michelle was just amazing from the very start she explained everything, gave help and advice and made me feel at ease, Charlie was very anxious and had a few hiccups along the way with matting but Michelle took it so slow and steady with him, as well as sending updates to me through out his groom.We will now be using Michelle at love hounds every 8 weeks :)Thank you again

Michelle is absolutely brilliant with my basset hound, she always comes home smelling and looking amazing. Michelle gives her a good wash, deshed, nail clip and ear clean in her great set up at home. I would highly recommend her.
