Beware - Avoid this company they do not respond to my emails or calls regarding boiler servicing. They took over Hydrus Plumbing and Heating but it appears to me they are just a revamp after letting people down.

To be honest I was a bit dubious at first since the takeover of Hydrus but my fears were soon disappeared when I spoke to Jill about my heating problem and in course Ben came to fix my problem.All very polite and helpful, would Recommend

Rapid Response Heating
Rapid Response has recently appeared like a phoenix from the ashes of Hydrus Heating, which went bust in August. My new boiler fitted in May by Hydrus wasn’t completed properly, now Rapid Response will take no responsibility. I’ve called 6 times in the last couple of weeks and haven’t had the courtesy of a return call or help in resolving my problems. They may be cheap and arrange to do the job quickly, but after sales service is less than perfect.
