Karl looked after the sale of our Mums house in Glenfield after she sadly passed away earlier this year & I have to say he was the ultimate professional. From start to finish he kept us in the loop on every detail every few days each week. Chased up things when needed to be done without us asking (we never had to chase him for anything) & was a pleasure to have acting on our behalf. He even assisted me with a couple of minor issues AFTER the sale had been completed when he probably did not have to & never questioned this, above & beyond I would say.
