Absolutely devastated with my experience at Superdrug today , staff were extremely rude to me and then asked for ID for a hairbrush ??? Completely disrespectful and was completely offensive.

There is no way to get the student discount online and in the shop they would only take Unidays not a student ID even though you need a student ID to get Unidays??? And they have taken it before??

Got a great deal on their in house cell phone prepaid Sim..It's a definite must. Unlimited calls and data for a month. The sales assistant was really helpful as well

i bought a gloss me up lip gloss and saw it was 2.99 they charged me 3.49 absolutely absurd Shop is poorly stocked and the outside looks like a dump sight fix ur shop mate

I went to collect items I had found online and that the St Albans store had in stock and believed I'd selected Click and Collect. However, on presenting the order number, I was told it had not arrived as the default was click and order, not click and collect.I've since received an email saying the order has been picked and hopefully will be in store by 19/06/23. Crazy system, in my opinion.The staff in store were friendly and offered if I bought from instore stock when the order arrives and confirmed by email I can ring them and they'll keep the stock and refund me the purchase price. I chose to do that.Thanks to the patient checkout lady.
