Well what can I say except this company is a life saver! I had put a screen protector on my phone that wouldn't come off and the tempered glass kept shattering everytime I tried. After loosing my nails and cutting my fingers up I gave up and after asking around I was recommended JP in Earl Shilton. I was not dissapointed at all and can understand why he was recommended. I got a quick response to my SOS last night and he told me he could help, so I dropped my phone off at 9am today and then he called me when it was ready to pick up. He was really friendly and didn't make me feel stupid as some would have. Amazing value and I would deffinately recommend him again.

Excellent service, had a broken screen on my smart phone quickly fixed with no issues.Managed to completely lock myself out of my tablet, they sorted it all out no problem.Would always take any electrical item to them for repair or problem solving.

My laptop screen was on the blink. James got back to my query extremely quickly and it was sorted within 24 hours of me dropping it off to him. Fantastic, friendly and good value service. I'm very happy :)

My laptop is integral to the running of my business, so when it started getting the blue screen of death, and running extremely hot, I wasn't sure where to take it. Then I remembered that a year or so ago I was given James' details by a friend of mine, in case I ever needed them. He had given me a good report, and that made it easier for me to trust my laptop to someone I didn't know. Contacted Computer Solutions due to locality , and James was very prompt, with a time to drop off my laptop, and actually spend time to explain the fault, which was excellent, and good service to fix, and speedy repair, now Dell laptop boots up successfully , and also advise on other fault that may be wrong due to age of laptop. Absolutely brilliant service. Had james fix a couple of blown leds on my motorcycle clocks. Great professional work and even went the extra mile to make sure they worked on my bike which they do perfectly. Highly recommend.

Rather an emergency recovery I asked James for and he was incredibly professional and prompt. Excellent level of communication and even though my memory stick was irretrievable, I felt James had tried all possible avenues. Would recommend.
