Impossible to make contact with and then rude when they finally got back to me. They purposefully ignore their phone calls and emails. Non existent communication. They sent me the details to put in my deposit but wouldn’t answer any questions or provide info, shady. Beware.

I highly recommend Rosemount property team. By far the best team I have had the pleasure of knowing! As a tenant of Rosemount Property I had a very positive experience. The management team had been incredibly helpful. From the moment I went to view the property they have been approachable and professional, always putting the tenants first and responding promptly to any issues or questions I had in regards to the property.

I have no bad experience with Rosemount property for my 1 year tenency with them in dundee. The management team was highly professional and exceptionally helpful throughout the tenancy. Easy to contact the management team and understanding was superb. I appreciate and thankful to Margaret and Nigel for the all support given to me and my family as first time tenants in UK. Dodgy company, be weary when dealing with them. No address for company! Once you start asking questions, they just disappear, communication lost completely.

I can not fault Rosemount from the start to the end of my tenancy. Their administration team are quick to respond and process applications, which allowed me to move into my flat as soon as possible. When I viewed the property I was met with a warm welcome and lots of knowledge which was beneficial for being a first time renter. The staff are all kind, efficient and deal with maintenance issues with speed, and coherently. They were excellent agents and I would highly recommend!
