Albeit several yrs ago, I have had 2shoulder surgeries@the Spire(under Mr Johnston) A lot has changed since then but not the warmth& friendliness of the staff. Mr Memarzaden soon put me at ease&explained what he could do for me. He told me the earliest date he could operate on my knee. When I explained that we had holidays booked& I told him our dates (which fitted in with his) he said that sounded like a plan, although nothing can be confirmed till nearer the date. A big thank you to Natasha, Mr Memarzaden's PA for emailing the letter, rather than having to wait days via Royal Mail.

The Cambridge Knee Surgery is second to none in there expertise offering advice and giving confidence, making you feel that you are going to be so well looked after. Their administration process is quick and efficient. I would have no hesitation in recommending. I am looking forward to participating again in country walks and resuming ballroom and Latin dancing again!

I had my knee operation on the 17 Th July 2023.Due to the highly skilled Surgeon I am now back playing golf, six weeks on from surgery.There are three things that sticks out in my mind: The intial assessment, the day off the surgery and the day after surgery . Mr Memarzaden's approach, professionalism and manner made me feel i was in safe and in very capable hands. I was right!

From the first initial consultation with Dr Memarzadeh through to the surgery was looked after very well by him and his team. Now at home recovering. Consultation was the 14th September and the operation due to a cancellation was carried out on the 6th October brilliant service all round

Best knee surgeon I could have hoped for! Very calm and reassuring, super friendly and did a damn good job on my ACL and meniscus reconstruction surgery. Was my first ever surgery and I felt so confident with it. Post-op, my knee is doing very well - off crutches within 2 weeks and walking normally by 6. Couldn't have wished for any better!

Cambridge Knee Surgery - Mr Arman Memarzadeh
Had a partial meniscectomy to remove a bit of cartilage that had been in the wrong place for years causing catching and slightly blocking full extension. I'm now at day 12, have full extension back, nearly full flexion and the knee feels more stable than it has done in a long time. Still a bit of bruising and general soreness/low level pain, but recovery seems to be going very well. Mr Memarzadeh was very reassuring and took the time to explain what was wrong with the knee and what the likely outcome would be, would definitely recommend seeing him if you have a similar issue.

Cambridge Knee Surgery - Mr Arman Memarzadeh
Mr Arman Memarzadeh recently performed a unicompartmental ( partial ) knee replacement and I have been discharged after only 6 weeks . Such was the smoothness of the whole procedure that I am actually looking forward to having my other knee operated on and becoming pain-free . I was made to feel relaxed and confident throughout and have no hesitation in highly recommending this consultant .

I was very impressed with the Spire Hospital, and Mr Memarzadeh’s patient care. He explained everything thoroughly to me even in the knowledge I had already had a TKR on the left leg, with two revisions. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming also. Thank you.
