We have used Cotswold since the early days and seen the team develop in that time the range of goods and standard of service provided has been good and any issues resolved very quickly . A company that does some good with Paul supporting various charities . keep up the good work all from Revills Farm shop.......

Cotswold Fayre had some amazing christmas stock advertised but we have ended up with half our order missing despite preordering and paying for it in advance. Keep being told they cannot guarantee anything, what is the point of ordering in advance then? We expected some items to perhaps become unavailable but not half the order. Very disappointed and will not be ordering again.

I have been a customer of Cotswold Fayre for many years, they have a great product range and are the epitome of great customer service. What is nice is that a lot of their customer service team have been there a while so you get to know them on first name terms and build up a relationship with them.

I've been ordering from Cotswold Fayre for almost 2 years now for my small shop and have found them to be an extremely friendly and capable company. Their range is already good but is increasing all the time and they are good at highlighting new products at their product shows and in emails and catalogues. They don't always have everything in stock but neither do other companies I deal with. I buy both ambient and chilled from them and really like the fact I get a phone call before a chilled delivery with an estimated time. I will certainly carry on using them for the foreseeable future.

Poor customer service and very unhelpful.I would never order from Cotswold fayre again, their customer service has become non existant. They can not confirm delivery yet still advertise products that may not be available online. When i enquired about a seasonal christmas order I was advised people are ordering for Easter now, well why are you heavily advertising your Christmas stock then?Much better companies out there to use, found an alternative company with a lower minimum spend and they delivered within a week no fuss.

Claims to be a sustainable business however sends goods out in numerous separate deliveries . Website isn’t kept up to date, numerous out of stock items, slow or zero response from customer services. Very frustrating company to deal with so I’ve given up and now use others who are much more reliable

As with all other reviews - when you make an order the customer service agent sounds as if they are in bed ie yawning lazy and unhelpful - spent almost 15 minutes on the phone going over my order - expressly advising I did not want a certain size they must not send it or it will be sent back - what did I get... oh yes exactly everything I explained I didn't want... she was obviously dozing whilst I spoke!! AVOID AVOID AVOID I understand the problems of furlough and such but there are companies who excel and those who just go out of business through every fault of their own!
