Had a new boiler installed in the loft, new gas line installed, very tidy work done. I took Gary's recommendation for a boiler and am very glad I did as I would have ended up with a lot more boiler than I needed otherwise. Great all round service provided, especially impressed as I had some of the work done during lock down.

We had issues with our old (10yr+ boiler) and after some online searches and bad experience with major UK companies spoke to The Boiler Hub. Response very quick from Bittan in the office and Gary came round to discuss options and was very honest with what we could and his experience provided good insights and options. We decided to replace our old boiler and this was done a few days later after initial conversations. Value was very good, work was completed professionally and communication great through-out. I would highly recommend and we are pleased to have a great contact in the Boiler Hub for any future plumbing requirements. After service also excellent and Bittan completed all the details and certifications for the guarantee etc which has arrived and been filed. Overall a very positive experience

Had the boiler hub come to service my boiler, they came out the week of christmas after I had to change my appointment last minute due to the snow.Couldnt have been more courteous, gave great advice, took their boots off to go upstairs. Cant recommend highly enough.Thanks again and merry xmas.

Have used The boiler Hub a few times now and service is always spot on. Communicative, response and resonalably priced. We live 60 miles away now and will only use them for our letting property as we know we will get good quailty service without having to oversee the work. Would highly recomend

Gary and the team did a superb job on the install of our new boiler. They responded quickly to my call and came to quote within a couple of days. The job was also booked in very quickly. They took great care in the property and followed up more than once after the job to make sure all was well. Highly recommend.

I moved in to my home in March 2021. Renovated from top to bottom but stupidly decided not to change my boiler. I thought as it was a Vaillant it would be ok for a few more years. How wrong was I. At the end of this summer I went up into the loft and found a puddle of water under the boiler. Now the boiler is over 12 years old and rather than spending money to repair it I thought I’d replace it with a new one. Gary from The Boiler Hub came out the next day to complete a survey. Explained everything to me, gave me a date for the work to be carried out and sent me a written quote that evening. I was very surprised how simple, quick and efficient he made it all. After getting a few quotes from others I decided to go with my gut and chose The Boiler Hub. The installation ran really smoothly without anything for me to worry about. Completely happy with everything and the new boiler is great! Gary and Joe were extra careful around the house as I was worried about needing to get the decorator out again. Overall, from start to finish they were brilliant. They exceeded my expectations for sure. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

Our boiler broke in the middle of January, leaving us without heating and hot water, so I contacted The Boiler Hub to see if they could repair it. Gary and The Boiler Hub team were absolutely fantastic - they got back to me very quickly and were quick to visit, diagnose the problem, order the replacement parts and restore our heating and hot water. We're very grateful for their help!

Gary, Joe, their electrician and the rest of the team, did a fantastic job swapping out my old tank system central heating system for a WIFI enabled Combi. The job was tough as the boiler was being relocated to a different floor, in a different part of the house, mean new gas pipes and feeds.Having used them before I already knew they were reliable and accurately priced. But this time I seemed to get a better Valliant system for less money than others were quoting. Gary and Joe got the job quoted for and then installed around 2-3 days later. The pipework is neat and the job went very well, have repeatedly recommended them to friend and family.
