Avoid if you want to get your security deposit back.Damaged expensive window blinds during cleaning. Refused to fix it.I had to vacuum the carpet and cleaned the sink and kitchen shelves again. I felt bad when I repeatedly had to ask him to clean the washroom showers and also the balcony floor which was untouched.I don’t like writing bad reviews as I don’t want anyone’s business to be affected but at the same time I don’t want anyone wasting their hard earned money.He was quite polite and humble initially but unfortunately couldn’t deliver good service.

We contacted Paul to ask him to clean the carpets in our new house before we moved in, we called him 7pm on Tuesday and he was there next day and the job he did was brilliant, the carpets looked almost new. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone needing a carpet cleaning service. He is very polite and an all around good guy. We would definitely use him again.

We have asked Paul to clean carpets and upholstery a few times in our home now and he has done a brilliant job each time. Paul is so polite, punctual and a pleasure to meet. I can highly recommend four seasons cleaning.

Used this service for end of tenancy cleaning. The flat was already in a good condition prior to the clean but a deep clean was required prior to vacation. Very disappointed with the clean - there were multiple stains left on kitchen and bathroom surfaces, hoovering was poor and the service overall was not worth the money at all. Paul was very rude when I showed him areas that required much more thorough cleaning and advised that this is how he has run his business for many years. Would not provide an invoice for the payment when requested. His behaviour was very unprofessional. The letting agent needed to undergo more cleaning afterwards and were also not happy. Would not recommend the service at all.

Very happy with service provided, carpets looks very clean, even any gum/playdough stains in kids room are gone!! Highly recommended! Good value for money. Paul was very friendly and polite, thank you will use his service again.

Very pleased with service on cleaning our lounge carpet, he was very courteous and polite.Will definitely use again next time when I need my dining room carpet cleaned after decorating. Would recommend.

Paul came highly recommended and he didn’t disappoint, the quoting process was easy without any pressure and he was very reasonably priced, he was more than happy to work around the weekend at a time that suited. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.Agreed to do an End of Tenancy professional cleaning with Paul West on a 3 bed room end terrace property for 260 GBP. The property is my own property which i vaccated a month before and preparing it to rent it out. The tenanats are supposed to move in within 3 days of the cleaning service. I left the property in relatively cleaner state except the oil stains in the cooker hood, some spice spills and uncleaned washing machine tray. Toilet was always maintained very clean. The house was recently painted very well and hoovered. This was the condition until Paul West came in. He got the keys from me, the same evening when i went to see the house the person was taking a dump in the toilet . He shouted that he was in the toliet and asked not to come near. Then replied that he would clean the house tomorrow as he put some chemicals the oven to soak. Next day morning around 12.30 PM meesaged him if i can come to the property to view it
