Kathryn has groomed my dogs for over 15 years. I can't recommend anyone more highly for our little pooches

My mother booked there dog in to be cut and washed around 2-3 months ago, unfortunately they didn’t make the appointment because my stepdad was very poorly and was taken to hospital. My sister has tried booking an appointment to get our little dog in but no reply or call back, but you did manage to say that we owed you money for the missed appointment!!! Just so I can put you right my stepdad that was taken ill and has now sadly passed away. We are sorry we missed the appointment but unfortunately you weren’t the priority you think you are !!! I do hope you feel good in yourself after reading this.

I have used Kath for all my dogs, for a number of years now and they are all quite happy to go and 'visit' her. She takes her time to understand her customers and their dog.Kath is very friendly, gives good advice but the main thing is she is warm, caring and wonderful with our fur babies.Yes I agree, it is expensive, especially when you have more than one dog, BUT I feel she is worth it for the care and kindness she shows people's pets.I would highly recommend Kath at Pampered Pooch

Took a while for me to decide to write this review as it is not something I do , but am so dissapointed withThe cut my 8 month old puppy had here yesterday I felt I had to say , This groomer was recommended as a groomer who knew how to cut Tibetan terriers Strongly disagree My wife even took her iPad with photos of how she wanted her cut , said about an inch off and face rounded ...... Nothing even similar the legs are left long and un even her back end is scalped her face is square and chin scraggy too short and taken all hair off top Also think that £40.00 is expensive would not return or recommend my dog looks awful was so shocked when we collected her could not even speak . Would have liked to add pictures here as they say pictures speak a thousand words

This is the best dog groomers...the dogs are treated like royal pouches...Fantastic service.. kind to the animals..Spot on with hygiene..masks worn ..Cant believe how perfect she can style the dogs..A very talented and experienced lady..Thank you xx

I love the way the lady cut my dogs hair that I booked my other dog in. She is very professional in a way of knowing that certain dogs require a certain type of hair cut. I will definitely continue to use pampered pooch & would highly recommend it to anyone seeking to groom their dog

We adopted a little dog in November 2017 and took her for a much needed haircut with Kath and she transformed our angel into a gorgeous perfect girl, such a beautiful cut and when we picked her up she was so happy and twirling. Anyway a few months back my fiancee was taken ill so her daughter took Kizzy to a local Groomer after many people said it was cheaper and due to distance her daughter decided to go closer to home. Anyway she was taken there and after Kizzy was very quiet and timid for over a week and we had to take her to the Vet and he said she seemed to be a bit traumatised plus she hardly looked groomed at all. Anyway when my fiancee was well again she took her to Kath again at Pampered Pooch and when she arrived to pick her up she was tail wagging and twirling and our girl was so happy! We will not take her ANYWHERE else EVER because although Kath may charge perhaps a little more than some groomers she gives such a personal loving, caring one on one haircut that you cannot put a price on! Kath you are an angel, thank you so much! xxx

Cath is always lovely and helpful. I was recommended this Salon by my cousin and she wasn’t wrong. Love the way Cath cuts my dogs and they are always so happy when I collect them. I’ve had bad experiences with other Salons in the past. I wouldn’t go anywhere else have coming here. Thanks Cath

Pampered pooch, is the BEST.I've been going to pampered pooch for about 11 or 12 years now with my two dogs, always a fantastic cut, perfect everytime.I wouldn't go anywhere else.Kathryn is wonderful with my dog's as one is very nervous and very grumpy but Kathryn knows just how to handle him, so if you're looking for a groomer for your dog, try PAMPERED POOCH IN CLYDACH, you won't be disappointed.

I took my dog to her the 1st time and had advice that he should not be cut through his undercoat . She made me feel a bit awkward but understood in the end . When i took my dog back the 2nd time i said the same thing to her she said that she understood then badly shaved him and didnt even wash him and charged me £35 . A total con merchant .
