Caley Hall Hotel

Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. Menu is a little limited, but what's on offer is great! Would recommend.

Lovely hotel, clean rooms most set in a courtyard ideal for wheelchair guests and those who can't manage stairs. Food great and staff friendly helpful.

Lovely pet & family friendly hotel that has very helpful staff, nice rooms, and good service. We usually come once a year and love it so much that we keep repeating. Very quiet area, short walk to a immense beach.It is however a little expensive. Drinks are very expensive. Still, all in all, a 5 star review for a well deserved hotel.

This was a fantastic experience as always. Been to Caley Hall many times now as we know they cater for my Coeliac daughter. This time they made a meal GF that wasn't on the menu! She had GF fish and chips (she ate this a lot as it's rare inland in Bedfordshire!) I had an amazing vegan beetroot and sweet potato Wellington and the rest of the party enjoyed their steaks, burgers and pea pastas. Not cheap but a lovely treat and the dessert menu had 8 items with only one not being GF excellent choice.

Just passing by popped in.Nice welcome at the bar. Got our drinks and sat inside. Nice out side but the chairs looked so comfy inside. Fresh clean Nice surroundings and atmosphere.After a bit decided to have a scone and wife had one also as they do gluten free as well. Both were fab and good value.The rest of the place looked lovely from what I could see eg restaurant and the out side of some of the rooms. The loos were very clean and nice hand soap. And paper towels. Not those hand blowers. Nice touch.

Review of Caley Hall HotelWe had our wedding at Caley Hall Hotel, Old Hunstanton in late June 2023 and we cannot recommend the hotel and staff highly enough.Dani, the wedding planner, was excellent throughout. She is completely unflappable and nothing was too much trouble for her in all the planning. She was always available for us to ring, email or visit to discuss the arrangements.She was really helpful with suggestions and ideas for us too.The quality of the facilities, rooms, food and service is fantastic. We and our close family stayed three nights, with the Friday wedding day / night being exclusively for us and our party, with most guests staying at the Hotel. All who stayed were very pleased with their rooms and food etc.The team at the hotel were so friendly and helpful, they transformed the function room dramatically from breakfast room to ceremony hall, to wedding breakfast / dining room, complete with all table decorations etc, to dance floor / disco and then back to breakfast room for the next morning with efficiency and minimum of fuss and completely unobtrusively.The food throughout was first class, full English breakfast, then canapés, followed by (choice of four) 3 course meals for us and our 50 odd guests and then evening snacks of pork rolls and wedges were lovely and many of our guests commented on the quality of the food and preparation, also clearly using top quality ingredients.As I say, nothing was too much trouble and the staff were attentive and efficient throughout our stay.As a wedding venue, with everything all in one place, exclusivity, quality rooms, excellent food, lovely staff and with a location close to the beach and the coastal path, (ideal for photos and also for guests to go for a walk the next day) this hotel really has it all. We are so glad we chose this and we will be back to stay again.We can’t thank Dani and the team enough for making our special day so enjoyable and for making sure it ran so smoothly, and as I say we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this venue for a wedding and also for a holiday.Helen & David

I must say that this place must be the best hotel I've ever had the privilege of staying in. The rooms are awesome, the staff are super friendly and helpful. The food is extremely good, perhaps the evening meal menu is a little limited but what they do do they do to a very high standard. The staff in the dining area are very efficient. I must mention Maria, who must do thousands of steps every shift going back and forth clearing plates and serving food , it's been noticed ;). I can't wait to return. Thank you for a superb stay.

Our room B2 you opened the door and immediately there's a staircase so going up mind your head but coming back down stop a few steps up and use your foot to open the door, But the rest of the hotel is Fabulous, nice drinks, i had a local beer which was Brilliant, we had Great food of which i had Pheasant for an evening meal for breakfast there was a good choice of food of which i had a marvellous Full English Breakfast. But yes, the actual bedroom is fantastic. It is a lovely bathroom with a great shower and a nice bed with lovely pillows of which I would have brought home

Just spent one night here in room H5, with my daughter, the beds were soooo comfy, we had our evening meal here it was very good, the breakfast was also very good, the staff are so friendly. David was very helpfull. I can not fault this hotel. Plenty of car parking, easy to get around from. I would have liked to have stayed another night but they were all booked up. Thank you for making our stay so lovely.The room was clean and warm had every thing we needed.
