This is a scam company roping people off. He does not fix the damp and then tries to blame the customer. We wasted £1000 using Dampfixer, the damp was not fixed and a few weeks later our floor collapsed, only to find they’d sawn through timbers and not put any real air bricks in, or indeed done anything to fix the damp. This is a total scam company , no actual damp proof or damp course done at all, just ripped off our skirting boards and put a dehumidifier on. When I complained he said “just put some blocker paint on it”Spent £2000 rectifying the damage! Avoid this company

Absolute cowboys!!! Stay well away!! Came round, quoted us and completed the work. Left the job an absolute mess afterwards. They didn’t plaster the wall afterwards from where they took plaster off and just used cement afterwards!! which now needs correcting, didn’t replace skirting or carpet they took up so more work to be done and after all that still got raising damp so not fixed at all and the work they did still needs fixing! They did come back about 9 months later and just stuck a dehumidifier to dry the wall out which worked for about 24 hours and then the damp was back. STAY AWAY absolute con men!
