Outstanding products and even more outstanding service. I use their watches and bike computers, and have contacted their support in numerous occasions. Never have I been left disappointed, but several times I've been left pleasantly surprised. The customer service IV you have an issue with a product is simply fantastic.

Pretty horrible experience trying to get my watch fixed. After 17 days of jumping through hoops I made the mistake of calling them only to be subjected to one of the most unpleasant customer services experiences I've had. I came to check online and discover I am not alone with this. Don't buy from Garmin, the 2 year guarantee is meaningless.

The watch is great, but when after a year there was a problem with the gps, with support in the Polish branch is a tragedy. Proven problem with gps in many ways and the consultant does not want to believe and gives further requirements that need to be done for him to see. Instead of sending it and doing diagnostics, the consultant comes up with more and more strange ideas that add nothing to the case. I am very disappointed…

Garmin Drive 51I'd consider 5 stars - IF they could be negative!A rubbish device that was inconsistent and unreliable. Twice it directed me around in circles having, seemingly, totally forgotten about the original destination.Once it said Turn Left" whilst simultaneously indicating a right turn on the screen.On a simple trip from Worthing it insisted on directing me on a 40 mile detour despite me having indicating a preferred route.Sending you up blind one way

Do not use this company or their products, they do not have a customer service dept to deal with direct complaints and they will not put you through to a manager at their switchboard. We are left with a failed Nav system in France and they don't care a hoot. Garmin used to be excellent, but no more. Its just about the worse customer support/relations we have experienced. Beyond terrible.

1 day testing in Southampton Garmin Service my Fenix 6x Pro. GPS module was broken. Replaced for brand new watch and collected next day. I'm absolutely impress how the service works.Special Thanks for Dephna :-) for fully professional job !!!!;

Watches are technically very good but the customer service is quite non-existent and given delivery times are wildly over-optimistic. When ordering, the website says Ready to ship in 1-3 days". Sounds good. Add two-three days and you have it

Travelling through Europe. Message on my android phone garmin app to advise of updates.Connected 890 device to good WiFi signalDownloaded updates which removed all my European maps and install African and Middle East.That's the second time I've lost all the maps from an update with GarminCan only reinstall the maps on pc or mac.. all devices we have portable are android... how useless can Garmin be.I'm not usually Travelling with my pc.. idiots.The support basically is sorry we cannot help you... thats not support!!!! That's leaving you to struggle on... nearly £500 for a sat nav and that's the level of support you can expect.... should have stayed with my TomTom device.Never purchasing a Garmin product again.I know things can go wrong... but you do expect the companies to have the ability to correct the situation when you need it most... which is obviously on the road... not when your sat at your desk.

I bought a Garmin Montana 700i. Out of the box it was faulty. The retailer checked it, agreed it was faulty, and swapped it for a new unit. The new unit had intermittent issues and never worked well. I contacted Garmin Customer service via their support web site, including the serial number and comprehensive description of the problems. Garmin sent a patronising cut and paste" type response saying I should reset it and send them the serial number. Clearly they weren't responding to the query. Garmin were unwilling to assist in getting the Montana to work. The unit was returned to the retailer for a refund but Garmin then refused to allow the 3 maps I had purchased to be transferred to another unit. They also refused to refund the maps even though the maps could not be used on any device. That would mean all the money spent on Garmin maps would be lost due to faulty Garmin products. At all levels Garmin were beligerent and unhelpful. It went to court and Garmin had to refund the maps and pay the court costs. Garmin are a disgrace and should have just done the right thing before the court had to intervene. It should be noted that nobody at Garmin puts their name to any correspondence
