I have used John Simons to repair window locks and door locks. He has dealt with all the repairs extremely promptly, efficiently and professionally. His work is very good value. I would really recommend using him.

They came out, gave us a quote for window and door repairs to which we agreed. After 4 weeks I phoned to enquire when the work would be carried out only to be told that that had no paper work for the job!!Their attitude left a lot to be desired and would definitely not contemplate calling them again!!TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Hi ,Simons came to repair a window in the main bedroom and he did not recognise that he cannot do the job .He used the metal spatula and the hummer on the pvc /plastic . He broken the pvc and rubber on the window , then he said that he can do the job and I need to replace the window completely .I called him back to show him what he did and he was very rude , he told me that what I want ? Money to change the window ? Anyway I need to change it .He was swore, bed temper , completely unprofessional , spit on the window , and told me that I have to be pleased that he comes because people other people would be happy .I do not know why should I be pleased ? For damage of the window and get in the house with dirty shoes over the carpets, no protection at good things at all , or for spit and shouting at me .. as a customer I do not accept anything like that .Please try to avoid using his services .
