Had a cut a few months ago and wanted a strand test. I never heard back after a week but I knew the girl was going away. I then messaged and was told they would get back to me and they never bothered. Nice staff and nice cut but wouldn’t use again as not reliable

Enjoyable relaxing and safe experience, one customer at a time in the salon. Cut and colour is honestly the best I have ever had. Cannot recommend The HAIR Retreat enough. Very pleased and very happy with my cut and colour. Thank you Tas.
