Fabulous clean site & facilities.Bit off the beaten track, need a bus ride to anywhere, but suppose keeps the site reasonably quiet.Outdoor swimming pool wasn't open on our visit. Also wasn't allowed in the entertainment area as we had a pooch, so evenings were not what we hoped-for.Would return, but not for a while.

Absolutely brilliant holiday park, has all you could want and more! Stunning views wherever you are on the park. All staff friendly and welcoming. Food is tasty but a little pricey. Entertainment for kids is great and keeps them engaged. Love the bingo! Kids loved the outdoor swimming pools and splash pad. Only negative thing really is the fact that you can't take 2 children swimming alone if they are under 11! The tractor ride they did in the summer was awesome, taking you down to Dawlish Warren and is fairly priced and saves the hassle of trying to find a car parking space. A lovely place to be, atmosphere on the park is relaxed and you don't even need to go off the park if you didn't want to especially with it having a fairly priced shop on site.

The service in the restaurant was shocking, no idea what they were doing expensive and cold and small portions. Everything took twice as long as it should it was painfully slow and very frustrating for people waiting in the queue. Watching a waitress walk up to every table with breakfasts/drinks on numerous occasions to see if it was theirs showed a complete lack of training no wonder everything was cold.Camping pitches were a very good size however they weren't level in the slightestShower block Facilities were good although why cleaners would close them at 9am for cleaning when that's peak time is beyond me.Not really anything to do within walking distance apart from a couple of pubs down the road (the Anchor inn and the Ship inn) .. both of which do amazing food and far better value for moneyAverage site but expensive for what it is. won't be going back,

Our family had a great time here. Absolutely stand out factors are the cleanliness and tidiness of the grounds, the outdoor pool and play areas, the soft play inside, the space and green setting and the fact that it's tucked away so no issues with road noise etc.The food in the restaurant felt pricey for the quality and took a long time (understand it was summer holiday and peak time but there are efficiencies to be made in the processes) but staff were all friendly.

Stayed in one of the pet friendly lodges with hot tub. The lodge was absolutely lovely, very clean and a high standard... Better than some hotels!! The breakfast was a let down, very slow service when the place wasn't even 25% full and my cooked breakfast was cold and was sent back. Unfortunately the replacement was no better. For that reason I have only given 3 stars for service. Easy to find and would visit again.

Touring pitch, nice spacious pitch, fairly flat, easy access to all facilities. Loo and showers kept very clean and fresh. Family came in for the day, grandchildren had a wonderful time and their parents also loved the site. The restaurant is fairly priced and the food and drinks are very good. We visit every year and have not had cause to fault on anything whatsoever.

Overall we did really enjoy our stay and would consider returning.The site isn't too big and is lovely and clean. You can see they've been making lots of improvements in recent years.Some staff were great (receptionist/male bouncers/entertainers) but on the whole the staff could have been a little friendlier, it felt a little impersonal at times.The outdoor pool is really lovely if you have the weather for it and the kids loved the arcade.It was a bit pricey for a family to use the indoor pool regularly so we didn't end up booking it.There could be clearer signage for directing around the holiday park (one ways etc.) As well as about where you can and can't eat and drink certain foods. Some staff were a little militant and it put a damper on the holiday a little for quite a few visitors we saw.We had lovely neighbours for 5 nights, then a full on party next to us on the last night, which was really frustrating, but nobody's fault. We're used to firmer rules when it comes to quiet times, behaviour etc.All in all I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the site.

Did camping here 4 days, was really nice place, the toilets, facilities really clean, the outdoor pool great, and the fact you don't need to have loose change when using the arcade as you top up a card and play. Lots for different children ages, soft play, indoor pool, park .

Stayed on the caravan/tent camp site as we have our own caravan. Apart from a very stormy weekend of bad weather we really enjoyed our stay. We were able to meet up with family.The facilities are very modern and clean. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. The pitch we were allocated was on the smaller size compared to many other sites we have used, but as we only have a two berth caravan and porch awning, it was adequate for us.Good outdoor swimming pool and play/activity areas with lots more that we didn't venture to see. But, the site information gives lots of details.We used the site many years ago, and since our last stay, lots of work and investment has gone into making it a five-star site.

Lovely location, excellent static caravans, camping facilities - both tent and camper/tourer caravan, and lodges to rent. All camping related facilities are in excellent clean condition.Good on site shop, multiple places to eat - all good. Pools indoor and outdoor, child friendly. Arcade and gaming facilities. Really nice place to stay for a bit of local sightseeing, gorgeous walk through to the Dawlish Warren's from the site. A really excellent facility.
