We bought our house back I'm 2021, old property. Has his top service because of this £660!He pointed out just a couple of issues which we had done since we moved in. We've had nothing but problems with the roof and after many roofers looking at it turns out we need, and should have had a new roof. My advice get the cheapest survey that's going and get in professionals to check your various points. These guys are rip off. If I could give minus zero stars I would

Utterly pointless. Asked for a structural survey of our new home before buying. Nothing came up on his survey. Moved in, the front corner of the house is falling away, you go noticeably downhill in the corner of the lounge. Too much furniture there when we viewed to walk into that corner but its obvious looking closely outside. Collapsed drain at the other side of the property, the signs were there in the path. It's also got rising damp. Found a basic mortgage survey from when our sellers bought 4 years ago and it mentions then that the wall ties have probably corroded and failed. A BASIC mortgage survey picked that up. Chkd T&Cs - nothing we can do get our £400 back or claim. AVOID
