Foyers Lodge

Absolutely wonderful! Foyers Lodge was the highlight of our Scotland trip. My husband and I recently stayed at Foyers Lodge with my parents and all four of us rate Phil and Anna's gorgeous Lodge the best in Scotland. 10/10!

Foyers Lodge is an incredible place to stay while visiting Loch Ness. It is in a superb location away from the crowds with a spectacular view of Loch Ness. The lodge itself is a beautiful Victorian House with extremely tastful period appropriate furnishings. The hosts and staff are extremely attentive and kind. The breakfast and dinners are absolutely the best. Do not hesitate to stay here, you will not regret it!There is a wonderful walk from Foyers Lodge to Foyers Falls and along the shore of Loch Ness. The restaurant at Foyers Lodge is the best so definitely eat at the lodge. The lodge also has a great little bar room which is wonderful to have a drink, converse with guests or simply relax with a book and enjoy the view.

We had a wonderful two night stay here in September 23. The hotel is beautifully decorated, so stylish, clean and comfortable. Our bedroom had a huge comfy bed, a freestanding bath with a lovely separate en-suite and a window seat overlooking the loch. Anna and Phil couldn’t have been more welcoming and took care of us perfectly. The food was lovely, including the picnic we had on our big walk day! Thanks for a perfect stay.

This was our second visit to Foyers Lodge and will not be our last. Anna and Phil are wonderful hosts making you feel immediately at home. This small and intimate hotel is perfect. The setting is second to none with wonderful views over the Loch, quiet and very calming, and is continued seamlessly with the oh so comfy beds. The house has been beautifully renovated and decorated with amazing attention to detail, and suits the property perfectly. Foyers Lodge is ideal if you want peace and quiet and a place to unwind, or a place to explore from. The surrounding countryside is breath-taking. The food is superb and would not be out of place in a 5 star hotel in any major city, and is simply amazing in a hotel of this size. The staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive, a difficult balance to find. The lounge bar was cosy and a great place to talk to the other guests. Oh, and you simply must try Phil's creation, the Turbo Baileys!

11 out of 10. Again.Not only is it properly outstanding, Anna & Phil have pulled off the feat of sustaining it to be consistently properly outstanding, which is a truly rare achievement. The mackerel rarebit was probably the most carefully- and well-balanced thing I've ever eaten.

My absolute favourite place to eat in the Inverness area. The while experience is always such a treat, with almost too many delicious choices on the menu. Phil and Anna work so hard to create an amazing ambience and each visit feels like a special occasion.

Everything was first class, very friendly and very helpful. Bonus point I could charge my EV car overnight there. This has changed the way I look for accommodation, in future I will be looking for an EV charging facility as the car charged whilst I slept rather than me wasting time trying to find a charger.Anna and Phil were wonderful, very professional, friendly and supportive.

We had an absolutely fantastic one-night stay at Foyers Lodge which was the end of our honeymoon trip. The hotel is immaculate with a real attention to detail - and Anna, Phil and the team were extremely friendly and made us feel right at home.From the welcome prosecco, to swinging over Loch Ness, to the delicious dinner and then drinks in the gorgeous bar, everything about our stay was perfect. We will absolutely be back - and will be raving about Foyers Lodge to everyone we know in the meantime!
