Spoken down to by the ginger haired male member of staff like I was a piece of dirt on his shoe . Usual Boots condescending behaviour. Social skills lacking. Made to feel extremely unwelcome and made me never want to come back .... Which I'm sure is the exact opposite of the aim of a business. Hardly welcoming. Never coming back !

Recently been for an eye test and subsequently new spectacles. I have to say everybody was very professional but friendly. COVID-19 rules were rigidly adhered to. Everything I touched was cleaned after me. My new specs are perfect and a lot cheaper than I thought they were going to be considering they are varifocals. Recommend!

Absolutely fantastic. Cannot thank the staff and optometrist here enough. The optometrist has taken so much time with me to help me to get the correct contact lenses for me. The staff are always helpful, patient and calm. Really fantastic service thank you all.

Amy is an excellent optician and picked up on a couple of issues I have and solved the problem. Always find her professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The person who helped me choose my glasses was also helpful and gave excellent customer service.

My 81yr old mother suffers from Alzheimer's and is hard hearing and that in itself presents challenges. All members of staff involved in the appointment were understanding and patient of this and made the experience as smooth as possible, for that I thank you very much.

I live in Wales and for some reason they sent it to this store. I drove all the way here after work to get here twenty minutes before closing to find out the staff had left ten minutes earlier - this isn't the first time they've meesed up. Had to drive the two hours back home.
