Great service. Ordered a gaming pc for my son. Had a bit of an issue with the RAM which was easily resolved, and actually ended up with an upgrade. My son now has a better pc than my husband which has made him very jealous. I think I may be ordering from you again in the near future

If you've purchased an Apple device from this company, ensure you check the actual model number received. In my situation, they have replaced the casing with fake parts which removes the detail, making it difficult to initially identify. However, upon review by someone in the know, identified that the sold model number/specification doesn't even exist. Unfortunately, it took 6 months to eclipse I had been take for a ride and their response constituted not doing anything about it. Trading standards are now involved.

Goods delivered in good packaging, and clean working order. this is not the first time I have used Spartan, and still using computers in our office bought about 4 years ago and still running well, also 2 Lenovo Thinkpad laptops in excellent condition I will continue using spartan in the future.

We received an excellent product which worked straight out of the box and at a really good price. We had a (used) screen as well and couldn't tell it was pre-owned. My lad is well pleased and is on-line playing all the games without issue. Highly recommended..

Would have been 5 stars, but you keep using DPD for delivery. They sent me a picture of someone's front door and said sorry we missed you. It wasn't my door and I was sitting in waiting. Still had a big argument with them about it. Didn't get anywhere but I felt better. Spartan's service was impeccable again for the second time using them. Computer loaded and works very well, thank you.

The items was well described and honestly evaluated. Photos documented what it was I was going to receive and therefore there were no surprises when I received the product.Dispatch and delivery was exceptional with plenty of communication from DPD as to it's location and was very well packaged.I have been pleasantly surprised with the end to end process and would like to reassure others that this company is reliable and dependable.

Acer aspire3 laptop bought. It was as described condition wise and had a fresh install of windows. Works as it should and was described to have more marks than it had. Very happy. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Spartan Have sold me various item of refurbished and second user IT equipment. Most have arrived and worked perfectly out of the box and as described on their website.When things do go wrong as they occasionally do they resolve them promptly.I buy from them with confidence as items are always quickly dispatched on the day they say. The only thing that lets them down is their courier DHL.Who have poor IT system, have poor automated phone system when you get carded should you not be in.

Ordered a refurbished macbook Pro, price was great but the product arrived very dirty and I had to immediately wipe the device and the charger. Device seems to be working fine although now loading websites takes a long time so I'm hoping nothing is wrong with the WiFi hardware
