Had a pair of sandals two years, had worn them quite a bit but obviously not all the time as open sandals. I noticed they split across the soles underneath on both shoes. Emailed them and got a lovely reply with a postage paid label to return. Five days later got offered an exchange and they are posting me a new pair. Can not recommend them highly enough brilliant service.

Absolutely lovely - the lady was very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Infact i ended up buying 2 pairs of boots!

Absolutely dreadful experience in that shoe shop. Very unfriendly staff , no help whatsoever .One staff did not know a thing about the shoes she was selling and the other could not care less about you, in fact disappeared in the back room whilst I was trying a pair of boots and in the middle of asking a few questions ! I left without buying . Will go to a more friendly and helpful Moshulu outlet .
