Have dealt with FJL for 4 years now, was the best value general waste collector and we also use for our food waste. They provided great service during the 2020 lockdowns when we needed them most and are always responsive on phone, would recommend.

We needed a large skip and their excellent staff advised exactly what I would need. They delivered the skip on the day I needed it (even to a precise time) and picked it up when I asked. The drivers were courteous and efficient. The price was very competitive and we could have kept the skip for as long as we needed. No need to look anywhere else!

Miss multiple collections. When we call they tell us they're going to collect the next day but then don't come. And has happened several time. Email to ask about invoicing, collections and there is never any follow up. Always have to chase them to get things sorted.

The service varies depending on the drivers. Our regular driver is brilliant. He never complains about getting the bin past parked cars and he always returns the bin to the correct place.The office staff are always helpful.

This company operates as professional con artists - Please do not use and stay well clear. They overcharged us by over £100 as container was too heavy, on top of that they told us a carpet business was not suitable for their services. So why Sign us up in the first place?They did not collect for over 4 weeks without giving any notice or reason.They also never sent any invoices, 2 invoices were overdue by 1-2 months which i paid, however they took us to court to claim for the lost interest!!Please use somebody who looks after small businesses and not these rip off scam artists!!

service is a disgrace, bins are always late, staff have no manners and frankly very rude on the phone, their attitude stinks and always act as if my business account is a burden on them, if you do not want to provide a service please say so and we can take our rubbish collected by someone else. AVOID at all cost. Service you will be ashamed off. BINS will over flow for weeks, they only have one driver so is always sick or magically covid positive every time they miss a collection.
