These guys found the broken subframe in my vehicle and a oil leak behind the engine amongst many other issues all in their free check! I’ve paid Main Dealer and other specialists £120 a hour to get to the bottom of the fault and they could not find anything but we’re quoting £5k for a steering rack which they said it MIGHT BE which wasn’t even the issue. These guys really know what they are doing really wish I could pay them for that diagnosis saved me so much headache considering they found the faults for me free of charge

Great customer service had to wait to have a wheel change authorised by the lease company kept me updated all the way till the wheel was changed.

MOT. New tyres and brake check all completed. No fuss, no upselling. Good fast, honest service. Booked it all online. Friendly service. Called me when completed.

Poor customer service whoever is running this place needs to look at their staff.The guy who picked up the phone earlier was rude and not interested on my query.Called them today 04/12/2023 to ask if they have any availability to fit on my winter set of wheels and the guy said we don't fit your own wheels and we don't have any availability, No alternative availability or clarification.I bought the winter tyres from them 3 years ago and each year they've swapt my wheels with no problem.Maybe the guy who picked up the phone had a bad morning but seriously such a really poor and rude customer service?

I went there to get my tyres done. They did a good job. Luckily I managed to chill out while I was waiting.

I went into the Luton branch on Monday 24th April 2023 having noticed that the driver's front tyre was showing excessive outside wear and my main concern was that the ball joint had failed. I was attended to very promptly by one of the team and he raised the car on the ramp and did a thorough check of the suspension components. The mechanic ensured me that there were no problems with the ball joint and that the wear was more likely to be a tracking/general wear and tear issue. I was advised to have a new tyre fitted along with a tracking check and adjustment. The online ordering process was very easy to navigate and I managed to have my appointment booked for the Wednesday. Again when I came in for the work to be carried out the staff were polite and completed the work to a very high standard.Thank you.

My car, initially functioning perfectly, developed inexplicable brake and electronic issues post-MOT. On bringing these to their attention, the staff suggested I pay additional for further checks, which seemed unreasonable.After some protest, a technician checked my car and grumpily declared the issues resolved while vaguely suggesting a possible electronics fault. However, upon driving home, the brakes still felt loose and the cruise control was dysfunctional, presumably a direct result of the loose brakes.This MOT, sadly, resulted in new problems rather than ensuring roadworthiness. I am now compelled to seek another service centre, incurring more expenses. It was an exercise in frustration, with the service centre failing to meet basic competency and reliability expectations.

Amazing service by National Tyres Crawley Rd Luton. Luke, Owen and the rest of the guys. Had the old Tyres removed and new fitted within 20mins. Top service from them and answered all my questions with out hesitation about Tyres.
