Best sausages in Chester by a long way and very good pies. I must say however I was disappointed with the Chinese ribs. Very chewy and dry.

Went on Tuesday for meat for week, tomato sausage where sour on the Thursday, burgers i bought were frozen which in my opinion shouldn't happen or if so let customers know and sell for less than fresh price. I will never go here again and its a shame that it isn't still owned by Phil salty .

Amazing butchers, staff friendly and helpful. Quality of meat 10/10. I have only been using this butcher for 6 months and I have to say never have I been disappointed. I shall miss this butcher when I sail.

Popped in for some lunch, grabbed a sausage roll. It was not nice, tasted mass produced and plain. Would not recommend based on this experience but caveat that with a very limited experience, hence not giving it 1*.I will try again for a more traditional meat requirement and feedback.

Can’t offer enough praise, great guys who know their stuff with great meats. If you want some good sausages this is the place to come. The vacuum packed gammon is also a good option. I find the pork pies a little salty to my taste…but it doesn’t stop me buying and eating them.
