Great service from start to finish. Explained what we wanted, plans were drawn up and build was completed to a high standard. Solus fire is stunning that completes the media wall. The lighting can all sync to the TV via the Philips HUE system. The photos do not do this wall justice when it's lit up in the evenings, it's transformed our lounge whilst saving space too.

At first i would have given this company a 5 star rating as i was very pleased with the work they have done for us, then we devoleped a problem, now they do not want to know. I contacted them before we had had the log burner a year to say that it was setting of the carbon moxide alarm and leaking smoke, burning the outer glass and paint, they came to inspect it and told us it was a problem with the door and that I would need to replace the door as it was still under guarantee I thought this would easly be remedied, months later and still no door, lots of promises to ring but they dont. I now have a log burner that i have been advised by traiding standards not to use, am £3000 out of pocket so no i would say dont use this company.

Amazing service from matt from start to finish. Listened to everything we asked for and designed a bespoke fire wall to perfectly fit the space . on visiting our home he realised we had asked for a fire too big for the space. So we changed on his advice. His instalation team are amazing, very professional and friendly.The finished product WOW!! ITS AMAZING.Would most def recommend!!! You won't be disappointed.
