Have no hesitation in giving this hotel experience 5☆.My wife and I had a one night stay Nov '23.What a stunning place. Upon arrival we were wonderfully welcomed by a log fire 'roaring up the lumb'. We were beautifully received and escorted to our wonderfully appointed room. The room was tastefully decorated in a 'botanical' theme. The bathroom was virtually beyond description. Outstandingly so. The restaurant was fantastic also. Staff are attentive and polite and extremely smartly turned out.This is an exceptional establishment with a 100% attention to detail. You will not regret a visit.

What a wonderful place , full of character.The staff provide service that is second to none and make you feel at home from the minute to step through the door .No stuffy platitudes just good old friendly service with a genuine smile .The staff knowledge of the place and surrounding areas is vast .This is possibly the best hotel in Scotland for a feel at home relaxing stay .Then there is the food , presented beautifully and tasted amazing.Worth a visit and you will go back , we are !!!Nothing is a bother to these guys , they just want you to feel at home and enjoy your stay and you won’t be disappointed

Family lunch in the glasshouse. Lovely setting and the food was very tasty (fairly standard fare for a luxury hotel restaurant). Homemade ice-cream and vegetarian dishes were excellent.Steak sandwich slightly dissapointing (too many sauces drowned out the meat and it was difficult to eat the way it was served).The staff were attentive and friendly and cocktails in the bar afterwards were really good.

Absolutely 5star all the way. The service is superb and the setting is beautiful. The attention to detail really made us feel special. Nothing was too much trouble. Also worth mentioning the excellent restaurant which is worth a visit even if you don't plan to stay at the hotel.

We dropped in for a coffee and were offered very comfortable seats in the beautifully appointed reception area where there was a blazing fire.The Team was preparing for a wedding but provided us with a very warm welcome and great service.We duly had our delicious coffees, scones and renowned shortbread.The team was absolutely wonderful.

What a fabulous venue this is, the décor & atmosphere is absolutely perfect. This was a birthday treat for my Mum & we had the afternoon tea as a family & then relaxed outside on the lawn. Nothing was too much trouble & the service was first class. Will look to return next time for an evening experience.

From the moment you walk into the hotel reception, nothing is left undone. The service is unparalleled to any we've experienced, the food was the best we had in Scotland and walking the grounds of the hotel was something out of a fairytale book! We had a change of plans due to Storm Babet and the Cromlix staff were most gracious and accommodating.My husband and I can't recommend this establishment enough!!

Only ate in the Glasshouse, afternoon tea was fab. Had 2 youngsters with us who were well catered for. Staff were brilliant, efficient and professional. Will go back to stay for a couple of nights.

My husband and I recently returned from a stay at the Cromlix and we can not say enough positive things about our stay. The hotel decor is exquisite, the service is excellent, the food and beverages are incredible and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. As someone who does not drink, I was pleasantly surprised by the extensive non-alcoholic mocktail" menu and n/a wine choices. This was our second stay at the Cromlix and we will be back."

I've been here twice. Once for afternoon tea and the second time for a wedding. Both times were incredible. It's a beautiful building in a beautiful setting. The food is incredible and the staff are amazing.
