The home cinema I wanted to be created was to be in an old laundry(!) in the garden. A building in poor condition which needed considerable renovation work as well as planning for the cinema installation. All this was superbly organised by Steve and his team. The result is an impressive and attractive stone building which houses a first class cinema. All who see and enjoy it are suitably impressed. A great job.

Reflective AV are kept in my highest regard after the project they undertook at my family home. For a piece of work that seemed unmanageable to myself and most other home improvement centres Steve and the team undertook a perfect solution with seamless professionalism and quality.For me, the biggest piece of the job was the trust I could put in someone to improve the automation and quality of living within my home. From initial design and specification build I could tell the team knew everything about the plans they were going to put in place. The communication throughout also meant that there were no surprises when it came to completion with all systems and designs fitting the bill and more of what I required.Upon completion I would also want to commemorate Steve on the full after sales training and support he offered. I have used Reflective Audio Visual three or four times in the last 2 years and always impressed with their extensive technical knowledge. They turn around quotes quickly, and their customer service has always been second to none. The company fitted and installed a new cinema screen and HD projector for a home cinema complex. The team were professional, efficient and reliable. They were also very helpful in terms of technical advice and solutions. The cost of equipment and installation was also reasonable and they spent time making sure the calibration, picture quality and set-up was to a high standard. They followed up a few weeks later to make sure there were no problems and everything was to my liking. Highly recommend.
