To those that have written this a nice spot

Really nice place! The staff are friendly, the security make you feel safe too. (Which is a bonus when you’re a female out at night)The only downside are the bowling shoes. They’re really gross and I hated that we were forced to wear them when others weren’t.Other than that, had a great time!

It's a overpriced for the bowling, would advise buy tickets from Groupon you can get a game of bowling and 2 burgers for like £22 to £26 price verys plus if you buy from Groupon make sure you buy it 72 hours in advance or you will not be able to use the voucher, also the chicken burger is halal.

Forcing customers to dine, otherwise they won't be able to play bowling, not moaning about those extra quid for dinner, but for me as person with food allergies I don't eat outside, there is no off-peak times on the website, only peak times to book, so people can be charged more and once you are forced to dine there, there are not time slots avaible, or they are few hours before bowling. Unreasonably overpriced. Wanted to book in advance, but so much hassle that turned me off, and I just gave it up.Immoral, unethical and unprofessional, this is how I would call their service. Time to bowl somewhere else

Update : 10sep23Went here again on a sunday afternoon, everything improved from the last time we went here.They asked us to wear the bowling shoes which I was questioning why they did not ask us to change into one before. The games in the area were much more than the last time. Theu now have 2 basketball area and a racing car game.We went there to play bowling. Reservation was good and organized. It was a nice experience but a little to chaotic. Coz the people beside us mistakenly played on our lane and also there like taking over our side as they are all standing up in front of were the balls are.

Nik took our booking and then we was looked after by Lauren, John and Torri. All was great and defo made the night for our local group! We cannot say thank you enough, even though we had some issues with lateness they made sure they looked after us still! THANK YOU!

This is pretty ideal for a team building activity, or a semi casual date.The staff are friendly and nice thus making your visit very pleasant.The service is quite slow and then the alley kept having issues thereby stopping play several times while it was being rectified. At no time did the staff come around to explain the issues and allay our fears.I was especially miffed by the drinks being served. It was grossly filled with more chasers than actual alcohol. Wouldn't be purchasing alcohol from them going forward.Overall a fun environment with a lot to be worked on.

I missed my slot but the staff were very helpful and gave us another for free. The lane are great, the mood is good, drink prices are OK. Great for dates and family outings. The DJ on a Friday night was better than many clubs. Had a fantastic time with my family.
