The Green Pub, Shepherds Bush
Had a lovely meal here recently. The best part was the service. Everyone is super friendly and one staff member in particular, Robin, was incredibly understanding and kind when there was some confusion on my food (my fault) but he totally understood and corrected it for me with no problems at all. If you want decent, honest pub grub with a friendly atmosphere, this is perfect!

Was relatively quiet when we stopped in for a quick drink. Prices were okay, lots of choice of drinks. Clean environment and facilities were okay. Not a great atmosphere but we were practically the only ones in there at the time. Would go again for another quick drink.

Reserved a table online for 20th Oct but when we got there they seemed surprised, almost as though they don’t normally take bookings. In the end one of the staff was very helpful and said she would set up a table downstairs for us.While we were waiting we ordered some drinks at the bar but were very disappointed by how many beers were out of stock - think my husband got his 4th choice!Oh and also barman tried to give us the wrong drinks, more training needed with him.The saving grace was the food - the burgers we ordered were excellent!

*girls trip!We stay right close to the Pub at Doa hotel. We ended up eating here most days of our trip. Every evening there was different entertainment, staff was always friendly and helpful. Food was always served hot and delicious, and the drink specials each night were great and made drinking affordable! Couldn’t have asked for a better pub!

Atmosphere was great to get you in a good mood before a gig. However, our evening was soured slightly when the food we ordered arrived and they had brought the wrong burger out, the waitress accused us of being wrong repeatedly even though we showed her on the receipt that we were right. She also told my friend that he shouldn’t have started eating the burger! Firstly - we shouldn’t have to inspect our food before we start eating it, and secondly, if he hadn’t taken a bite would you bring it back and give it to someone else? After arriving slightly cold anyway and being touched by a stranger?So it’s fine if you’re not in a rush to eat and just need some fuel before a night out. The grilled chicken was actually pretty good.

Brilliant pub - modern picnic table style front room with some lovely cozy corners. Kind, helpful staff and great selection (though needs more cider options like an Aspells on tap or dry bottled savanna). It's got an American diner style food menu of burgers etc and a big downstairs area you can likely rent. Good spot to bring mates.
