The worst phone service I have ever experienced. No one answers despite over an hour on hold. No responseon the after hours emergency phone line. I have no heat and no water. The landlord has authorized Switch2 to do repairs, I can not get them to respond either by email or phone in an EMERGENCY.

My meter apparently decided to stop changing for a while and decided to start charging me again and put a Debt of ,£33.00 on my meter. There is defo an issue with my meter. Anyway. The lady on the phone was very helpful and managed to get it sorted. However I still have to pay the debt. Which for me is not acceptable.

Mixed reviews, depending on advisors. The vast majority are superb, though the phone lines take some time getting through to an advisor.Today, I spoke to Charlotte:1. Called back with my line being faulty, and fulfilled the promise given we had not passed security etc.2. Attentive, polite, and considerate to my issue (no hot water during Winter) including going the extra mile of calling the sub-contractors, which was not provided by the previous two advisors the days prior3. Provided correct information on other matters concerning billing, and was able to provide clarity on movements with my account.4. Ensured my issue was properly remedied before ending the call.Would like to thank Charlotte for her assistance today!

The company had been providing with energy for 2 years.When the tenancy ended, it was calculated that I was due for app. £350 refund. Supposedly to to be given on end of October. No response and further chased the matter. On 22nd of November I was told it had been missed but will be actioned now and should be sent the money within 10 working days.Still no refund, no response to new emails enquiring about it and no way to get through to anyone on the phone despite spending app. 2h on the line per day.

Awful company avoid at all costs if you find your apartment is fitted with their equipment.I need 50 pounds a week to be warm, and there is no big frost yet. What will happen next

First call to Switch 2 the issue was ‘it’s not our responsibility’. But after an explanation from the concierge regarding building issues, Charlotte booked my appt for an engineer very efficiently and kindly.To be continued, will update on engineer visit.

After a great deal of struggle for getting the heating up in the apartment (that I failed to get it resolved by an earlier call), I was finally led to a very patient agent on phone who was just supposed to get my billing sorted and incidentally just went above and beyond to understand my issues and technical challenges with the heating fault and gave me the personal attention by arranging an urgent visit by an engineer. This is an example of humane touch!Thanks a lot (should have reconfirmed his name!!-apologies!!)

Either a scam company or a company flooded with incompetent software engineers who don't know how to compute a bill. Charged me twice for 5 months period and I had to spend 10 minutes to explain the simple thing to their customer care rep who was not willing to understand my point. Had to spend a good 10 minutes to explain to her that June, 2022 to March 2023 and October 2022 to February 2023 are overlapping time periods where October 2022 till February 2023 period is included twice.And they use random estimates without considering any historical data to just send out useless bills which don't reflect actual usage at all. A previous tenant in my building had warned me about their malpractices and now I totally get it why.

Awful company avoid at all costs if you find your apartment is fitted with their equipment. Charged me a ridiculous amount for April & May 2023 bills, an engineer fixed the system and confirmed it was sending incorrect data through hence why my charges were so high. It’s November and I’m still waiting for them to recalculate the bills, absolutely shocking trying to get my money back from them!

Admittedly a long wait to get an answer, but once Sayde took the call. they were great. Got me booked in very soon to sort out the low temperatures and most helpful in making notes on the file for access.
