I wasn't pushed to buy my car at all. I’ve been getting my cars from stoneacre for years. At first I was sad to hear the member of the team I usually come to see had left however, Sam Cross you have definitely filled those boots above & beyond!I visited Sam back in March to get an idea on where I was at with my finance. I wanted to either get a new car or make the current plan cheaper. Sam was totally honest and told me to come back in august as we would have a better chance of getting me the best deal.I am impatient so this was a challenge for me but I’m very glad I did wait.I managed to walk away with exactly what I wanted after stretching my budget a little bit. I must add there was absolutely no pressure from Sam for me to do this, it just seemed worth doing after looking at other cars and it not being worth it in my eyes.Ed Dickens, thank you too! You made sure that we got the best deal possible & didn’t give up.Without the two of you going above & beyond I wouldn't have a brand new Fiat 500x. I can’t fault the service one bit. Sam has been absolutely incredible, i purchased a car with him in May of this year and really haven’t been getting on with it. I came back in today and he has done absolutely everything in his power to make sure i’ve come away with a car that meets all my expectations and kept it in my price range. Sam sat with me for over 3 hours today to sort everything out and has made a very stressful day so much more manageable. I genuinely can’t thank you enough Sam and everyone else I’ve spoken with, you’ve all been amazing!
