This has been my first experience with professional aesthetics and I'm sold!!From my consultation with Caryn who carried out a review of my concerns and skincare routine with tact and honesty, I was referred to Nyki for microneedling. Caryn was super friendly, honest and gave me lots of immediate advice and how to tweak my skin care.The treatment with Nyki was great, she explained the full process and checked I was comfortable throughout. She gave me advice on follow up treatments which absolutely address my skin texture which is my number one bug bear. I have never felt under pressure to buy products or a n inappropriate procedure and feel I have absolutely been treated with respect and as an individual. I'm 2 days post procedure and can't comment on the results so far but I'm looking forward to clearer smoother skin and another visit to the salon for the best chat and laughs too!! Highly recommended.
