Andy provided a great service. Helped with my car key when no other locksmiths or dealership couldn't and also carried out the work for 10% of the price that the dealership was asking for.

What a rude man. I need a watch battery placing which I have a guarantee with Timpson. He said to would take 5 minutes. I stated I had some shopping to do and would be half hour and he laughed at me. So I made a point of going back after 5 minutes and he looked and his watch and commented ‘that was a quick half hour. I responded by saying I was quick as I was inconveniencing him.

Visited this site whilst the person working in the store was on his break. I couldn’t believe it when he came off his break early to help me as my son had lost his keys and I had spent 3 hours trying to find them on the street. A huge thanks to you for the phenomenal service and keys that work even better than the old ones :) thank you!

Fab service! I am prone to losing keys so got a spare key cut and programmed for my car. Excellent quality and lovely staff! Very happy and would highly recommend!

Very quick service - I had 2 keys to get cut and the bloke in the kiosk asked me to return in 10 minutes which is fair enough. Unfortunately one of the keys wasn't quite right - it would unlock the door but couldn't quite turn the lock to lock it again but he soon fixed it for me, no quibbles.
