Perfect Colours Ltd
Asked Perfect Colours to carry out an Epson printer repair which is still not completed, nor warranted by Epson. Engineer had never worked on an Epson, his laptop didn't work so he couldn't complete works and we were billed for the hours he sat around waiting for an email back from his colleagues. Service team yet to rectify despite numerous requests.
