Went here with my daughters and a couple of their friends. Awful experience. The older girls aged 13 and 14 couldn't use hardly any of the equipment as they were told they were too tall! Very busy. Kids constantly being told off for various things massively over priced for just using a trampoline. Will not be re visiting

It’s ok entertainment, For the price and what is available it’s too expensive. Compared to ninja warrior and Jump Inc it’s definitely lacking. And they are both better value for money. For my 7 yr old and myself, it was £47 including the ubiquitous branded socks. It all feels grubby, tired and dated and in need of some redecorating. The room is black with harsh spotlights. Surely making better use of the painted over skylights would benefit everyone, clients and staff. Get some light in there. The dense, airless energy all adds to the headache inducing atmosphere. The staff were great and who most likely need a decent pay rise. Parts of the space marked off with red plastic barriers, only available when you ask a member of staff. It reduces the freedom of the children to run freely. The actual cafe seemed decent. The sitting area outside on the landing had the energy and atmosphere of a morgue. If you charge these rates you have to deliver a top class experience in a bright, vibrant space. More health and well-being instead of the current 90’s goth nightclub vibe. Suggest the owners invest in a refurb and pay staff better wages while they’re at it.

Tired, run down and a little bit s%*+. Staff indistinguishable from public. Over sold and very busy for number off people. Trampolines were saggy at best with one with a hole in it unusable. Bits of the centre unable to use through lack of staff. We will not be returning. Ever!

Went today for my sons 14th birthday. The gurl on reception was amazing. She was so helpful and polite. Unfortunately she was the only good part of the experience. The session had way to many people on. My teens were picked on by staff. Staff were jumping on trampolines that the children were already on. There was one toilet open out of 4 in the ladies toilet . This meant waiting 20 minutes to use the toilet. 4 trampolines were broken. The manager in charge that day was rude and not helpful at all. This ruined my sons birthday. We paid our money but it felt like the teens in our group were not welcome. . I would never return to this overpriced joke of a park. Let's not even talk about the food. Absolutely awful. I was told there wasn't a set number they were allowed to have in at once. We should just wait for a trampoline. There was around 250 people in at once with around 15trampolines

Visited this week with my 3 year old. Lots of adults also using the space, didn't feel safe. Only one member of staff supervising, which was inadequate. Please consider toddler specific sessions (all the other brands of trampoline parks do this! And these toddler sessions tend to be really popular!!). I raised my concerns with the manager and they didn't really seem to care. The venue is also not particularly clean and several areas closed off. Won't be going again. AVOID

Going downhill! If you have 11 year olds upwards be prepared for disappointment as many won’t be able to use half the equipment (inflatable) as to tall but…. Then they will have to watch it being empty because hardly anyone is using it. This means there are less trampolines with more Kids using them. (Not sure if they reduced the numbers of tickets sold per session to allow for this during busy times)Spectators get a free coffee but it’s awful!

Kids went in for 2 hrs session and had a great fun! Must mention that place was very crowded and definitely too much people in one session. I know it is half term but still, paying £20+ pounds for 2hrs and then queuing to jump is a bit too much.Café is full joke. People enjoying their own picnic, floor soaking wet, not enough chairs/tables, shoes on a tables, bins full. Slushes are without any ices, impossible to pour them without getting covered with 'slushy water'.Seriously you can do better than that!

First visit here.Good Points.. Love the wall art. Large facility with plenty of tramps to use. Reception staff were friendly and informativeBad Points.. Cost was a little more than it was worth. Fee for spectating of £2.50 which includes a drink in the cafe, however, limited space for any viewing.. Apart from the Great Wall art, it all felt a little tired and there was a bit of a Covid hangover with hand gel signs but no dispensers and markings for social distance that was no longer relevant. One member of the young staff seemed to be on a bit of a power trip and seemed to take particular satisfaction from barking at small children for minor infractions. In summary. My 3 year old grandson enjoyed the hour we were there although he spent almost the entire time running around rather than bouncing. My 10 year old son was frustrated by inaccessibility of some of the parts of the tramp area due to queueing. As a parent and grandparent, I didn’t feel particularly welcome and many of the staff were sullen and uninterested. Would love to have seen a bit more enthusiasm from those supervising the tramp area, maybe a bit of interaction with the kids.It is out of my usual area so it would take a lot to bring me back. However, not an entirely negative experience but, as my teachers used to say, could do better.

Visited on a Monday morning. Firstly this flipout is ridiculous over priced.I highly recommend you drive 25mins to portsmouth, bigger place, cleaner fantastic staff and cheaper. This place is a dump! Portsmouth is amazing, this place is disgusting. Twice the price of the same session in portsmouth and half the size. Toilet were dirty and unflushed ( only 10 customers there how hard is it to check and clean toilets). Dirty walls, peeling paint, sticky doors. I arrived with my 4yrs and my parents. He is jumping im a spectator (I have an injured knee). The cafe viewing area is shut off, the seats on the balcony are shut off from the soft play. my only option is to sit on the floor in the walkway of the arena. I was approached straight away to be told I must have socks. I said i wasn't boucing. I then helped my 4yr off a trampoline. The manager then approached me saying I needed to buy sock. I said I'm not bouncing I'm simply helping my 4yr off. The staff then watched and followed us all session. There was 10 customer in the whole arena. They were not caring for anyone else's safety as they were obsessed with me not having socks. I noted at least one other child parent and two other adult carers who where not even wearing grip socks let along flip.out ones (I had grip socks on just not flip out one.....but I wasn't bouncing) they were on the equipment. My 4yr then got stuck at the top of the soft play, terrified and crying my partner couldn't get her down and the staff didn't care and didnt help. The top level opening to the soft play was locked off (this has to be a breaking safety rules when its 4 levels high) . I went on to get my child for her safety and mental health. The manager then followed me in, demended me out of the area and escorted me out the atrna. Leaving my child crying at the top of the soft play. Everyone could still hear her crying as i was being walked out. They then demanded I play £16 because I had used the equipment. The staff are obsessed with money but not actually the safety of anyone. They pretend itsy safety but others were there without socks!I will never be going back. Talking to another mum there who had dropped her child at a birthday party there recently, the child didn't have flipout socks with him. Rather then supply a pair and either call the mum to pay or charge the party they made her boy sit alone and not enter the arena. They then called the mum and demand they pick him up as he didn't have socks and he needed to leave. Who treats kids like that!
